Booking Guide
How It Works
Choose your shop
Select OPB Studio (24 hrs, full menu) or OP Barbershop (12PM–6PM & 8PM–10PM, quick cuts). Both shops are open Wednesday with a small surcharge.
Pick a service, date & time
Choose your service and pick from the available slots. Surcharges (night, Wednesday) are calculated automatically and shown before you confirm.
Enter your details & confirm
Enter your name, phone number, and optionally your email for confirmation notices. Read and accept the booking terms.
Pay via DuitNow & upload receipt
Scan the DuitNow QR code, transfer the exact amount, and upload a screenshot of your receipt. You have 30 minutes to complete payment before the slot is released.
Wait for confirmation
The barber will review your receipt and confirm your booking. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved. A reminder email is sent 30 minutes before your session.
Leave a review ⭐
After your session, head to your booking status page or member dashboard and leave a rating for the shop and barber. Your feedback helps us improve and helps other customers know what to expect.
