3. Google Calendar Integration

Our admin system uses Google Calendar to manage appointments internally. When a booking is confirmed, appointment details (name, service, date and time) may be added to our private Google Calendar. This data is only accessible to the barbershop admin and is not shared publicly.

4. Payment Information

We do not process or store credit card or banking credentials. Deposits are made via DuitNow transfer, and you upload a receipt image as proof of payment. Receipt images are stored securely on our server and are only reviewed by our admin team.

5. Data Retention

We retain your booking and personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with any applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

Our website uses session cookies to manage your login state and booking flow. These are temporary and are removed when you close your browser. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
