Terms of Service

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through our website are subject to approval by our admin team. A booking is only confirmed after:

• You have uploaded a valid deposit payment receipt
• Our admin has reviewed and approved your booking
• You receive a confirmation notification

Submitting a booking does not guarantee a slot. We reserve the right to reject bookings at our discretion.

2. Deposit Payment

A non-refundable deposit of RM 8.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is:

• Deducted from your total service price on the day of your appointment
• Non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment
• Non-refundable in the event of a no-show

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash or via DuitNow at the shop on the day of your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• More than 24 hours notice: Please contact us via WhatsApp. We will do our best to reschedule at no additional charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Your deposit may be forfeited.
• No-show: Your deposit will be forfeited and your slot may be given to another customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and your deposit will be fully refunded or carried over to the new slot.

4. Lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service depending on the availability of the slot. This is to ensure fairness for other customers.

5. Service Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable surcharges (night surcharge, Wednesday surcharge). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

6. Loyalty Membership

Our Loyalty Membership programme is subject to separate terms. Membership benefits, including discounts, are applied automatically to eligible bookings. Membership fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
• Upload false or misleading payment receipts
• Use the booking system to harass or disrupt our operations
• Attempt to access any part of our system you are not authorised to use

We reserve the right to cancel bookings and ban users who violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

OP Barbershop & OPB Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our booking service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the deposit amount paid for the relevant booking.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available at opbarbershop.com/terms.php. Continued use of our booking system after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
